This page will guide you how to create extension of agent in pbx.

Go to PBX menu --> PBX Configuration tab and click on it.

It will open following window

Select Generic SIP Device and click on submit button

Now enter extension number and name and password of Extension and click on submit button

it will create new extension and ask you to apply config and click on it

It will create new extension.
