The option “My Extension" of the Menu “PBX” let you enable and disable Call Waiting, Do Not Disturb, Call Forwarding and Call Monitor Settings features of your extension.

Select the options you want to enable and then click on "Save Configuration" button. Below a description of each option:

| Do Not Disturb | This option avoids incoming calls. |
| Call Waiting | Enable the call waiting feature. |
| Call Forward | Redirect the call to other extension. |
| Call Forward on Unavailable | Redirect the call to other extension when your extension is unavailable. |
| Call Forward on Busy | Redirect the call to other extension when your extension is busy. |
| Record Incoming | Select the behavior of recording incoming calls. |
| Record Outgoing | Select the behavior of recording outgoing calls. |
