This option lets us add and configure the external URLs that are requested when we create a new campaign. With an External URL the agent can access to other applications during the campaign.
New URL
To create a new URL click on the blue link "New URL" located in the section where the filters are. Fill out the required parameters. Below is a brief description of them:

New window: The URL will execute in a new window Embedded frame: The URL will execute in the agent console like one more tab. JSONP: This option allows executing JavaScript code in the agent console. The URL Template provides the JavaScript to execute. |

Once you have configured the External URL, click on "Save" button.
