The ECCP is a protocol developed by Palosanto Solutions for the Call Center. This protocol works with an authentication system. The default user is "agentconsole" which is used by the module Agent Console.

New User
To create a new user, click on the blue link "New ECCP user". Here you have to fill out the form with the username and password. See figure 2.
