This option shows graphically information about the inbound and outbound calls per hour classified by queue. Here you can see the number of calls in each hour (24 hours) for any queue in a determined range of time. Use the filters to get more specific information in the results (See Figure 1).


You can download this report in different formats such as CSV, XLS and PDF.


Blue Line. All the calls (completed and abandoned)
Red Line. Completed calls
Yellow Line. Abandoned calls

Axis X: Time of day (Hour)
Axis Y: Number of calls.
